By creating an account or otherwise accessing or using AbhyasPro (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
1 About AbhyasPro
AbhyasPro is an independent private online mock-test platform built for students in India. It provides mock tests, practice questions and performance analytics for the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) examinations, Railway recruitment examinations, Banking examinations, and the Bihar Board Class 10 and Class 12 examinations, following the official examination patterns of those examinations.
AbhyasPro is a study tool only. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the Staff Selection Commission, any Railway Recruitment Board, any banking examination body, or the Bihar School Examination Board, and it does not guarantee selection, marks or results in any real examination.
2 Availability
The Platform is intended for users located in India, and access to the Platform from outside India is restricted. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are accessing it from within India.
3 Your Account
- You must provide accurate information at registration (name, mobile number, email address, state and city). One person may hold one account only; fake or duplicate accounts may be removed.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
- If you are below the age of 18, you must use the Platform with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms (see Section 10).
4 Plans and Pricing
We sell two pass types. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of taxes:
- Competitive Pass (SSC, Railway and Banking examinations): ₹9 for a 7-day full-access trial · ₹99 per year · ₹199 for "lifetime" access, being 3 years of access.
- Board Pass (Bihar Board Class 10 and Class 12): ₹49 per year.
- A plan gives access only to the examinations included in that plan. Prices may change for new purchases; the price of your existing plan never changes during that plan.
- The ₹9 trial is repeatable and never charges you automatically — when it ends, it simply ends.
5 Payments
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards and netbanking). We never see or store your card or bank details.
- Your plan is activated after we receive payment confirmation from Razorpay. If a payment succeeds but your plan is not activated within 30 minutes, please contact us through the Contact page with your transaction reference.
- If you are charged twice for the same purchase, the duplicate charge is refunded (see Refund Policy).
6 Fair Use
- Your account is for your own study only. Sharing logins, reselling access, or operating coaching-style group access on a personal plan is not permitted.
- An account may be used on up to 2 devices. Use on additional devices may trigger a security lock.
- You must not copy, screenshot in bulk, scrape or redistribute our questions, mock tests, solutions or answer keys. All test content is the intellectual property of AbhyasPro.
- You must not attempt to hack the Platform, bypass the paywall, tamper with timers or results, or interfere with the examinations of other users. Such activity leads to permanent suspension.
7 Content and Availability
- Questions are prepared from official examination patterns and previous papers to the best of our ability, but occasional errors are possible. You may report any question from the result screen.
- We may add, update or retire mock tests over time. If a mock test that you attempted is retired, your attempt history and scores remain visible.
- Free weekly live tests and free study material are promotional and may change in schedule or availability.
8 Refunds
Because plans give immediate digital access, refunds follow our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary: the ₹9 trial is non-refundable, as it is the trial; paid plans are refunded only where a technical fault on our side prevents your access.
9 Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including questions, mock tests, solutions, answer keys, text, graphics and layout — is owned by AbhyasPro or used under licence, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access that content for your own study only. No other right is granted to you.
10 Suspension and Termination
- We may suspend or permanently ban accounts for cheating, content theft, paywall bypass attempts, payment fraud, or abuse of other users or of our support channels.
- You may delete your account at any time by contacting us through the Contact page, writing from your registered email address.
- On termination, access to paid content ends in accordance with the Refund Policy. Your attempt history is deleted with your account on request.
11 Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of India, we are not liable for indirect losses, including missed examinations, or for issues caused by your device, your internet connection or third-party services (including payment gateway downtime). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount that you paid for your current plan.
12 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
13 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do so, the "Last updated" date shown above will change, and significant changes will be notified by email or through an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
