AbhyasPro sells digital plans — access starts the moment your payment succeeds. Please read this policy before purchasing. By buying a plan, you agree to it.
1 The ₹9 trial is non-refundable
The ₹9 7-day trial is the "try before you buy". It gives full access to the Competitive Pass for 7 days so you can judge the quality yourself before buying a yearly or lifetime plan. Because it is already the trial, it cannot be refunded.
2 When refunds ARE given
We give a full refund of the plan price when:
- A technical fault on our side prevents you from accessing a paid plan you purchased (e.g. payment succeeded but plan never activated and we cannot fix it).
- You were charged twice for the same purchase — the duplicate charge is refunded automatically; you don't even need to ask.
- A payment was deducted but the order failed at Razorpay — such amounts are auto-reversed by the bank/gateway within 5–7 working days.
3 When refunds are NOT given
- Change of mind after purchase — because digital access starts immediately.
- Your exam got postponed or you changed your preparation plan.
- Problems on your side: slow internet, unsupported device, or forgotten login details (use Forgot Password).
- Low scores or dissatisfaction after using the mocks — that is exactly what the ₹9 trial is for.
- The ₹9 trial amount, in all cases.
4 How to request a refund
- Include: your registered mobile number and the Razorpay transaction / payment ID (found in your purchase receipt email).

- We will verify the claim against our payment and access logs and reply within 3 working days.
5 Refund timeline and method
- Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to your original payment method (UPI / card / netbanking).
- Money reaches you within 5–7 working days after we process it, depending on your bank.
- We do not do refunds in cash, bank transfer outside Razorpay, or account credit — only reversal to the original payment method.
6 Cancellation
- Our plans are one-time purchases, not subscriptions — nothing auto-renews and nothing auto-charges you. When a plan expires, it simply ends.
- "Lifetime" means 3 years of access from the purchase date, as stated on the pricing page.
- You can stop using the platform at any time; unused time on a plan is not refunded except as per Section 2.
