1 What is AbhyasPro?
AbhyasPro is an online mock-test platform for SSC, Railway and Bihar Board (Class 10 & 12) exams. Every mock follows the official exam pattern — same sections, same marking, same timers — so practice feels like the real exam.
2 Which passes are available, and what do they cost?
Competitive Pass (SSC + Railway; Banking mocks are coming soon and will be included): a ₹9 trial with full access for 7 days, ₹99 for one year, and ₹199 lifetime (3 years).
Board Pass (Bihar Board Class 10 & 12): ₹49 for one year.
One pass unlocks every mock in its group — no per-test charges.
3 Is the ₹9 trial really full access?
Yes. For 7 days you get everything the Competitive Pass offers, with no restrictions. There is no auto-charge when the trial ends — and you can buy the ₹9 trial again whenever you like.
4 How do I take a mock test?
Enroll in a test series from the Store — free series enroll instantly, and pass series unlock with an active pass. Your enrolled series appear under My Tests, where you can start any mock. Before a test starts you choose your language; questions come in English and Hindi (Board mocks are objective-only, like the real board pattern).
5 Can I reattempt a mock?
Yes — you can reattempt any mock as many times as you like, and compare your latest attempt with the previous one. For leaderboards, only your first attempt counts, so rankings stay fair.
6 I paid, but my pass is not active. What should I do?
A successful payment activates your pass automatically. Open the Transactions page in the menu to check the payment status. If money was deducted and the pass is still not active, reach us through the Contact page and include your payment ID — we will sort it out.
7 What is the refund policy?
Refunds are covered in detail on our Refund Policy page. In short: if a payment succeeded but your pass was never activated, or you were charged twice for the same purchase, the policy gives you a full refund of that payment.
